Yeah, you're the only not one who's ever going to use it, but nice deflection attempt all the same.

There's no way he's going to be removed... not with Moscow Mitch overseeing things, regardless of what the charges might be...

That said, there's no way the House shouldn't have moved forward with impeachment after the memo of that call, especially after the fact that the WH feels impervious to any oversight by Congress whatsoever.

Funny there's no crying out for Mitch to be investigated into Russian election tampering.

BUT CHECK UKRAINIAN BIDEN OR ELSE

‘Always inaccurate’: Trump melts down on Fox News after their new poll shows impeachment support rising

attacked another Fox News poll that showed growing support for his impeachment — ranting that

their numbers are “always inaccurate” and “they got it all wrong.”

the president ranted about his favorite conservative network and

advised them to hire another pollster that will provide them — and him – with numbers that he finds more pleasing.

“The @foxnewPolls, always inaccurate, are heavily weighted toward Dems.

So ridiculous – same thing happened in 2016. They got it all wrong. Get a new pollster!”

This is huge. The Rs are 100% loyal to the POTUS, but their voters? Not so much.

Once the Dems make the Rs publicly state yay or nay, it could cost several 2020 senate seats. Is Trump Hill worth (politically) dying on? We'll see soon enough.
You got it twisted man. The Republicans hate Trump but their voters love him so the GOP is stuck with him. Also removal would hugely depress GOP voter turnout and make them lose a lot of senate seats.

    No way.

Not with the red team totally bonded to their orange king.

Its just good thing for blue team that Mitch is also now wedded to the dictator by basically saying there will be no trial, the dictator is not guilty of anything. Perfect call.

The blue point is to magnify the red team going on record as opposing removal and do it after a fair trial with evidence. (Even if team Trump refuses to give it out and has disqualified very important people in this mess to be heard) Then, when the orange wannabe dictator is removed in 2020 ( and in the tumult more info is released), the blue team can scorch red Senators that stuck with the orange dictator. They are backing themselves in to a corner of protection for the king/dictator in a democracy.

You wont like this seeing the above since Assad and Syrian system of governing suits you. Putin ruling over 20+ years is also your thing because of how fairly the Russian people live in that system. So you stick with the red team.

    Case closed.

They joined him because they're scared of his voters and know sucking up to him is a prerequisite for not pissing off their voters. They don't magically love this piece of they all rightfully hated before. Also I always find it funny how southerners and midwesterners were so pissed at being seen as dumbasses by "coastal elites" but they then fell in love with the smooth-talking New York City conman. Doesn't get more "coastal elite" than Trump.

its one thing to have private thoughts but leading republicans were publicly calling him out as an asshole and idiot before he became the nominee ... its not in the same realm as what you're talking about

    not remotely the same

lindsey graham called trump a jackass, a race baiting, xenophobic, religious bigot, compared his election to getting shot in the head, etc.

ted cruz called trump a "sniveling coward" on camera after trump mocked his wife

romney called trump a phony and a fraud in front of an audience

even cocaine mitch called him out as needing an experienced VP because its obvious he wasnt knowledgable about the issues
