I forgot about Gargoyles!
And Gargoyles
I forgot about Gargoyles!
I can't take much of the clunky animation from 90s XMen.
XMen Evolution ftw
Eww. 90s Xmen had mature subject matter. Not to mention the voice actor for Wolverine was GOAT
The Evolution one looked goth and borderline gay.

No kidding.
Also dead on about the 90s X-Men.
The classic cartoons and to my surprise, the National Geographic has me highly intrigued about getting this at some point down the line when they get an app working for PS4.
"borderline gay" says dude that loves a cartoon for it's deep growly man voice
Just stay the away from goliath chronicles or whatever the it was called. Also the mandalorian was ing good, it's nice to be reminded of what star wars is without ty characters and sjw crap. That droid had more personality than most of the characters from the sequels.
I knew Mandalorian was going to be good because of Jon Favreau
Plus, mandalorians in general are badass so it’s great to finally see them being the focus of a production
(And I’m really hoping to see Sabine Wren in this show someday, played by Pom Klementieff )
Some of you really need to go back and rewatch the Star Wars movies again, any of them really, with an objective eye. They've always been pretty ty - generic storylines, awkward dialogue, wooden acting, etc. That isn't the point. It was a massive spectacle in 1977 and the frenzy has never really died down. People are ing about the sequels now the way they were ing about the prequels a few years ago and Return of the Jedi before that. It's kind of late to be expecting Citizen Kane now. Just watch it for what it is, SFX-laden escapism.
As for The Mandalorian, it seems cool so far. I usually like SW stories better that have little or nothing to do with the main Skywalker saga if they're done well.
I've seen the og trilogy enough to not have to rewatch it. The sequels have storytelling with characters, and they aren't fun the tone just doesn't match the univere the og trilogy set up. Nobody's expecting citizen kane, but I'm at least expecting a movie that isn't crap.
Comparing the previous 6 main film. The gap is smaller than many would admit. There are a few main points that make the difference though
A) The actors in Episode 1-3 are superior. Neeson, McGregor and Portman. The weakest is Christensen and yet he would be near the top in the new ones
B) Built in advantage but the story is simply better. Vader's back story is a-lot more interesting than Rey's origin (?). I am still not sure what is the main purpose of this trilogy
C) the social commentary. Maybe bad timing and this stuff would go more unnoticed in the past but these days it feels ham fisted.
Overall the new ones are better filmed than the green screen overdose of Episodes 1-3 but they simply missed the mark in actor quality + storyline and those are huge. I've said this before but when I watch the new ones I find myself rooting for Kylo and that falls on the management team Not doing an effective job of selling Rey.
lol pro wrestling
lol creepy jailbait sigs
Lol Disney not gonna make "Song of the South" available for streaming. Not sure why?

The "You Must Remember This" podcast is in the middle of a series on Song of the South. An interesting little time capsule; part good intentions, part cynicism, still racist....
I thought more black characters was something to strive for?
Talespin was another popular one in that era
Not racist stereotypes only there to serve whitey.
Do you understand?
Yes or no.
Glad asians, hispanics and arabs don't have this thin skin
You have the thinnest skin of all, snowflake.
So the bundle is a no-brainer. I wonder how long before the $12.99 turns into $15.99 and then $18.99.
Like anything else
