He's not the leader. Aldridge is.
No. He's not. Mills is. Pop said it himself.

If that's what he feels he has to take time off (unpaid) and get proper treatment.

    Instead of whining.

Lol @ Aldridge being a leader.

Spurs leaders are an unplayable guard who even said himself he doesn't have pressure to perform, an empty calorie all-star guard who disappears in the playoffs, and another all-star big who tend to give up when the going gets tough in the playoffs.

Murray is the closest to a leader on the team so we have to hope his star potential breaks through.
    This.

Aldridge is the leader by default because he has the most all-star appearances and has been with the team longer than Derozan. I didn't say he was an ideal leader, but he's it whether you like him or not.

Yeah, I made that in about 5 minutes in response to the one he posted w/ Joker's face. I agree with his post though. People with mental illness struggle to put on a normal, happy face & act as though nothing is wrong. In reality, it probably takes everything they have just to move the garbage bin to the curb or answer a phone call.

It was world mental health day or something yesterday. I saw a lot of posts on instagram and such about it and many celebrities made a post acknowledging that. A lot of them were actually inspiring, telling other things that worked for them, advising on therapy, etc. Derozan instead chose to be enigmatic and didn't post something positive for others about it... I think that definitely shows where his state of mind is but I cannot condemn him for it. Struggling with mental health is actually a real burden and I sympathize.

Has nothing to do with his basketball though.
I was watching the trailer of NBC do entary about mental health and sports and there were some Winslow escenes.

I remember an article about him and his mental issues that reminds me of Derozan. The long days without sleeping, the negative thoughts, the low performances...Sometimes these mental issues affect their games more than we think.

If you have 10 minutes this is a good article to read.

It’s not Demar, it’s not Lamarcus or Patty. Doesn’t seem like Murray is talented enough to lead this team. Spurs = ed
