Hard to play Murray and White together when Pop has to find 35-40 minutes a game for Mills and Marco combined.
Mills by himself will get at least 20 minutes. Maybe 25.
Weatherspoon may have the most impact (small as it is) of any rookie this year. Luka and KJ are bound for Austin.

How can Mills be so bad in the NBA after shining in FIBA? It’s not that much different these days.
Imagine a coach who would play Walker and Weatherspoon instead of Mills and Belinelli. How good would that defense be? And you could actually trade those 2 for somebody like Marvin Williams and further improve the team. Instead we will see the Mills/Belinelli back court give up 20 points in one quarter, then have Pop call a time out and play the same line up again until they give up another 10 points and the game is out of reach
The problem is Weatherspoon can't spend much time with the team, can he? He's signed to a g-league contract, so doesn't that mean he can only play a limited amount of games or time with the team?

Lonnie Walker is already our 4th best offensive player at least and the guy is never going to play. Can't even get in early in a preseason game. Meanwhile, DeRozan is a dumbass who can beat his man but still prefers to shoot 15-footers after doing so.
Don't even get me started on LaMarcus' unintelligent-ass playstyle.
Derrick White literally refuses to do anything but would probably be a great player if a more aggressive personality was in his body.
We are going to do nothing this year besides maybe accidentallying ourselves out of a lottery pick.
Just not enough guys that are good at basketball on this team and Pop over plays the worst of them.

That's the worst part about this. They've committed to a team that's just good enough to go nowhere. No deep playoff runs, and no high draft pick. Just pure, unmitigated mediocrity.

I don't favor one over other but yea white has yet to show hes the better pg this season including scrimmage. Spurs not worried nor playing seriously with both Aldridge n gay out...still seeing wat they have.
