I have concerns about Lakers ...
Butvpretty silly statement when 60 win teams have lost in round one ...wouldnt they be the tiest based on results?
Or is this some arbitrary subjective argument?
Against way better teams than the Blazers.

So the Warriors are willing to trade their Alpha player?

Curry without Klay actually becomes an easier player to guard. Klay stretches the floor which in returns gives Curry a lot of open space to operate from.

    perhaps true to an extent

but giannis with steph becomes a lot harder to guard than he already is

and steph will get a ton of wide open looks with giannis pushing the ball or driving and absorbing 3 defenders to keep him from getting to the rim

i dont think its a stretch that the warriors with giannis instead of klay is a much better basketball team, even though they may lose some of their unique shooting punch without klay

This is some one-sided officiating for Denver imo.

Pippen built Jordan's house. I wonder how much he regrets that.

I bet he regrets it a lot. Too bad Logo was against the cap in 2000. Pip would have joined Shaq and Kobe. The rest would have been history if that happens. So he signed with the tlongs. SMH

All these dudes are insecure gots, from Jordan all the way to way Kobe and LeBron. That's why I always loved the Spurs, they just handled their business on the court.

    What about MJ without Pip?
    84: 27-55 - Missed playoffs
    85: 38-44 - 1st round exit
    86: 30-52 - 1st round exit
    87: 40-42 - 1st round exit

1987: traded for Pippen's draft rights (dumbass Sonics) to save his monkey ass

4th year in, and already exhibiting TOSB symptoms. Pip had to carry Air Jaundice:

    88: 50-32 - lost 2nd round, +10 wins
    89: 47-35 - lost ECFs, -3 wins
    90: 55-27 - lost ECFs, +8 wins

    Pip without Jordan? Okay:

    99: 31-19 - lost 1st round (Houston)
    00: 59-23 - lost WCFs (tlongs)
    01: 50-32 - lost 1st round (tlongs)
    02: 49-33 - lost 1st round (tlongs)
    03: 50-32 - lost 1st round (tlongs)

I'm not gonna count Washington Wizards MJ and Pip's swan song (playing 6 games) in 04 before retirement.

Boiled down: Pip won 55 games while MJ was striking out in baseball and has a lot more winning without MJ did without him. Neither won a le without each other but I'd argue Pip was more successful without MJ than the other way around. But MJ's shadow is too big for Pip to ever overcome to get his due.
