Lets keep it real, white conservatives for the most part are afraid of non whites, mainly blacks and have bought into the notion that black=ghetto. So they leave and the good teachers don't want to teach "ghetto" black kids so they leave and the schools perform poorly. The business owners don't think blacks can afford their products so they leave and in come the liquor stores and predator loan businesses. The Huxtables can move in and you'd see the white families huddled up, trying to figure out how they got here and plotting on their plan to move to another neighborhood.
