He stop following LMA too. I'm surprised that he's not following Manu either.
Good catch. Dejounte WAS following Manu. I remember seeing this. As far as unfollowing LMA, Pop's comments last night make sense now. Someone on the SL said they were more comfortable with White. It was LMA.

I see nothing that Miami has that the Spurs would benefit from, unless Pop thinks sending maybe Rudy Gay and Murray for Dragic will turn around the season for this year. I know that sounds crazy but the front office may be looking at adding vets instead of youth that may never blossom.

No way Murray tolerates being benched and if the Spurs don’t want another Kawhi fiasco, they need to either remedy this situation or trade him. Also, even with the change, we still loss. Murray needs to be playing to get better, period. You didn’t sign him to that big contract so Forbes can play over him.

If true, its pretty juvenile. As if the Spurs benched him just to be mean.

If this was happening under a new coach and new direction, I wouldn’t mind as much.

That fact that this stuff is happening under Pops watch, when he will not even be coaching these players in the near future is maddening.

Yes Murray is nowhere near the talent Kawhi was. But this has a “here we go again with Pop and young guys” feel.

Step aside already old man. Your coaching at this point is setting the franchise back.

I wouldn't be surprised if Pop went after DJ at halftime last night.

DJ got the ball with 20 seconds left in the half and Spurs up by 5.

Instead of going for the last shot, DJ thought he could go coast-to-coast for an easy layup but LeBron (I believe) blocked him from behind at the hoop.

The Lakers got the ball and hit a three at the buzzer -- a 5 point swing due to DJ's decision.

I could see Pop excoriating him in front of the team at halftime in the locker room.

Not a good look for both Dejounte and the Spurs if this is actually true. There has to be more to this story than makes the headlines, I wonder what's going on in the locker room. Can't be smooth sailing with all these losses... We need to get rid of these ficking vets before they implode the entire team

Hopefully Dejounte will go Deron Williams on Pop and get the senile man ousted.

LMA and white just have a connection. No doubt about it and why I said Pop should've started white from the get go. If he was going to minutes restriction Dejounte anyways, he might as well have put him on the bench and ease him into the game. Plus there's something to be said about the more eurocentric passing offense the bench plays that would help a young player like Dj to learn how to be a better floor general.

Trade his ass to the Lakers for Kuzma, no point in fighting the klutch sports fix to get him there.

Flopovich just keeps in up the franchise. Of course White should start. But now there's friction between LaMarcus and DJ. Good job Pop. I can see the Spurs trading DJ and Lonnie. Just because I expect it from this idiotic senile coach as the decision maker
