Geez, how much do you spend on your daily food?
I wonder what the actual truth is here. LOL, Andy is a ing turd boy.
Geez, how much do you spend on your daily food?
It’s not about how much you spend daily, when you’re traveling you’re not buying groceries, you’re eating out every meal. $60 a day is pretty stingy imo, $20 a meal in an expensive city like Chicago doesn’t give a lot of flexibility.
Sup got, how's the rapes?
When you're on business trips, you don't do groceries, you're eating out. $60 barely covers a meal in a good to great restaurant in some cities like LA.
Jesus christ, that's crazy. Well, either that or they don't really value his time.
How good of a restaurant do you need to go to on your own?
Chilli's would be plenty adequate.
Sure, but it all depends on the area. The closest Chilli here is in Inglewood, 20+ mins LA traffic.
Take good restaurants in the area like BJ or Lucille's in the Westfield Mall, you're looking at $40 min, $60 if you get some alcohol. They're good, not great restaurants.
And honestly, room service is not out of the question either, and that can run some bills too, tbh.
But hey, everywhere is different. It just sounded a bit on the low side, tbh... haven't been to Chicago, so not sure what things cost over there.
Trubisky land is fun. And for the short bus crew like Chucho and Mitch , a mod like Chinook can probably verify I'm posting from illinois servers.
Won $120 at the casino placing 2nd at a sit and go hold em tournament. Deep dish pizza at gino's east and lou malnati's, all reimbursable by the company. Illinois women > Texas women. And it's nice to see a city that has the balls to decorate the city with Christmas decorations, not to mention a place where it actually feels like December in December. Life is good tbh
Nobody cares where you are. You probably are in IL. What nobody believes is your fantasy-life diary entries that hold up like mud huts in rain storms.
more like brick and stone, chump. any evidence of the contrary?
The fact everyone points out the holes in your stories everytime and the proceeding laughing and roasting of you, scrub ass fraud.
^--- that tbh
Your lies are always very obvious, Andy. You get defensive when called out too
Drop some pics of the city and of the food you ate for us. I know you took photos of the deep dish. I've never been to Chicago outside of O'hare.
Chicago is dope. Not a fan of it in the winter tbh. Give me summer time chi all day everyday though.
Deep dish pizza is ass btw.
The Xmas decorations there are beautiful. Also, now I can brag whenever Chris Collinsworth or someone says "going to Chicago in December is NOT for the faint of heart".
just got back to the apartment. Pics forth coming
The place I went to in Kansas City on Sunday 12/1/19 for lunch:
Chicago stuff:
(this one was 17 bucks after a drink and tip)
The casino where I played a short poker tourney
This one was expensive, but well worth it
Also, my apologies to spurraider21 for visiting KC on Sunday... I brought them way too much good luck with the presence of my DNA and soul being a few miles from the stadium.
I didn't eat breakfast (I rarely ever do anyway because I despise American breakfast food, too greasy, processed, sweet, starchy, stomach-irritating and unhealthy IMO) and the office provided sandwiches for lunch one day and Chipotle for the other. They also provided free Coke and Canada Dry Ginger Ale so I never needed to buy drinks.
So it's basically just a nice dinner every day.
Yea, but aren't you working to partly pay for your food costs anyhow? I guess it just depends. I can't say a business should be expected to pay for your tequila shots in terms of food allowance.
When I went through Chicago a while back I upon the advice of a friend (a former native) found probably the only quality pizza restaurant (an upscale looking place) with waiters etc that offered a solid personal pizza for less than $20. But I think it was the lunch special is why. Everywhere else even then was pretty much over $50, so I guess I know what you're talking about.
Agreed. Things like alcohol should be self paid because they are completely optional and not at all necessary for energy & survival. This company is lenient about it, but at least half of major companies will deduct the alcohol charges off the tab and not reimburse it. One I know of even did not reimburse for dessert.
This is a terrible take. It's not too difficult to eat a healthy and tasty breakfast.
And lol at you even using "healthy" as a parameter for what you eat.
, you ordered pizza AND calamari. With lemonade.
