Just another great day for democracy.
This is going to be some weak ass case if it ever gets to trial.
It'd be fun to see this can of worns get open. It can only exposed Trump's DOJ. This is a show for Trump first and foremost.
You think he'll actually see the inside of a prison cell is cute. Right along side Susan Rice and Hillary, am I right?
TSA furiously fapping to twitter QAnon porn.
Is this really what you thought the big prosecution would be after three years of conspiracy posts?
Why wouldn't he see time inside a prison cell? Papadapolous saw time for less. Unless you are hoping a two tiered justice system gets McCabe off. Is that what you are hoping for?
Papadopoulos was on the "pleaded guilty to the crime" tier.
Line prosecutors recommend charges
US prosecutor recommends charges
Deputy Attorney General rejects McCabe appeal
some weak ass case
Using the phrase "lack of candor" alone muddies the water for any criminal charges alone since that has more to do with employment violations and disciplinary actions by the employer. Add to that a DC jury and McCabe's chances at acquittal and especially mistrial aren't terrible if it goes to trial.
Anybody gonna die here?
Clintons aren't involved are they?
He lacked candor. ok
I dont think repeating that a dozen times is going to convince a jury to give anyone time. It's like your mother slapping you for being rude.
A salesperson lacked candor at a best buy, gets sentenced to 10 years. TSA
Is lacking candor a federal crime now?
spurraider21 chime in.
i hope mccabe gets the noose tbh. that traitor and those like him.
Angry post.
i just made $120 in less than 30 mins so what's there to be angry about?
you're just a sad excuse of a man trying to justify your sad existence by claiming bull daily. off got! grrrr i'm angry!
That's how much they giving for head these days? Get it kw, get it.
i'm not a fed crim law expert.
what would the official charges be? false statements to the FBI? lack of candor could just be the FBI manual term for that very conduct. it would be pretty odd if their employee disciplinary language is the same as what would be otherwise found in the US Code as criminal conduct
Any moron knows that "lack of candor" is a euphemism for lying.
Angry post.
So why would the accusing party use the euphemism?
