He and RC Buford were college roommates at Okla. State, and Self coached RC's son when he played at Kansas. That's all.
Pop would give anyone but Becky hammon the head coaching gig because he does not want to be "that guy" who makes history

He already is that guy who made history by making her an assistant coach. She is not ready to take over as headcoach. This is only her 1st year as a co-head assistant coach.
Yeah that sounds good, but Bryn will never be ready to be an NBA starter playing lots of minutes. That doesn’t stop Pop from starting him every single game.
Pop has no rhyme or reason to anything right now. He’s just collecting paychecks.

that's enough history to be made tbh. women should stick to coaching women; men can coach both. women know nothing about playing in the nba or in a mans league and there's definitely clear differences between a mans and womans league. this PC bull needs to end already.

This guy also predicted the Mavs will make the Western Conference Finals. In order for that to happen, the Lakers would have to finish #1 and Clippers #4 so the team face in the second round or the Mavs would have to beat either the Lakers or Clippers in the 1st or 2nd round. I don't know about that...
