I know this front office is gonna sit on their hands and do all like they always do at the trade deadline. Actually 5-5 the last 10 games, in the worst January schedule in the league, beating Detroit, Boston, Bucks, Raptors in their home court along the way. Not bad.

He's not only efficiently scoring but also assisting, and his defensive contribution keeps growing since the first day he played for the Spurs. I think the only thing DeRozan needs to earn the love of Spurs fandome is to perform better in the last minute in several games. Should he score a couple winning shots and some key free throws, we all could give him a chance as a real #1 option. Can he do it?
He's doing two out of three things that advanced analytics geeks love: efficient scoring and going to the line. The only real knock on him is his three-point shooting, but he's been very good for us in the last 11 games. I also agree that defensively, he has been improving as well. At this point, we need consistent contribution from the team's supporting cast to win games.
