He has obviously done or said something that Pop didn't like otherwise he would've played by now. Last year Pop played Dante Cunningham and Quincy Pondexter. And Pop would never play Keldon Johnson over a veteran unless he really doesn't like that veteran

Great points, and spot on with Dante and Pond. Those guys sucked. There's no way Carroll's game has regressed beyond what those two yokels brought to the team last year. I watched a fair amount of Nets games last year and Demarre wasn't spectacular, certainly not an elite athlete, but he was solid most nights. I can't believe we give big minutes to Marco, start Forbes, yet Carroll can't see the floor?

The only thing I can think is he doesn't fit the offensive flow. Spurs are playing better tbh and hopefully they play consistent. Inserting Carroll might do more harm than good tbh
