That's subjective.
That's subjective.
Jimmy was 17-20 before this hit. 3-11 after. I think he was woozy.
Jimmy Garoppolo already has a lifetime of bad memories of playing vs. the Chiefs and he's only played them three times.
1) 2014 Week 3, he comes in and actually plays well but the Patriots get trounced, rumors circulate about Brady leaving, but Belichick shuts them down, Garoppolo never gets a legit chance with the Patriots
2) 2018 Week 3, he fully tears his ACL and has to rehab for 9 months, missing the rest of the season
3) 2020 Super Bowl LIV, chokes away the biggest game of them all despite being up 10 with the football midway through the 4th quarter.
That's on the Niners for abandoning the run
I would say this is the ultimate reason. Don't know why you go away from the run that has gotten you to this point in the first place.
NFC West is 1-3 in their last 4 Super Bowls...
No need to fluff them up. It's 0-3 in their last 3.
I can't forget the last Super Bowl I won my squares man...that 1 victory has so much sentimental meaning to me haha.
the percy harvin/legion of boom bowl tbh... wilson drove the bus
Wow that is fascinating.
Could have been.
My buddy won the prop bet that the first score in that Broncos/Seahawks Super Bowl would be a safety. Think he won like $60 bucks haha.
Just rewatched it. This play was at
5:20 left SF 20 KC 17
Garrapalo was 18-23 prior to this play.
Only 60 bucks? It seems like such an unlikely outcome would net someone at least $100/1
Blowing late game leads by abandoning the run for no reason at all? Thank goodness I never made that mistake

Why the can't I embed the video?

The lesson 49er players should take away from this and Ravens SB - refs swallow their whistles late in these games. Allowing Chiefs defense to get to Jimmy late is inexcusable

Abandoning the run was not a problem as much as Garrapolo missed his reads per this.
Good article. Perhaps also the rap on the helmet at 20-17 contributed.

Bend over, I'll ing show you inexcusable.
What he needed is a good tight end like Dwight Clark
Good for you, tbh. The choke would have been even more pathetic.
No flag
Are the Chiefs still taking odd shots at Dee Ford? Ghetto locker room and class-less franchise tbh
Lamar Jackson would have made the throw Crapoppolo missed at the end of the game. Yo do realize that, right?
I think he was concussed
Is that what happened to the NFL #1 defense in the fourth quarter
