Looks like that's been corrected. 60% are unvaccinated. That still means 40% are vaccinated.
Even the 40% seems way too high.

Depends. Is this primarily the Delta variant? What vaccine they received? Some vaccines like the Pfizer are only 60% effective, IIRC, on Delta. J&J is much higher. I think the UK mostly vaccinated using AZ, and not sure what the number is there.
