Nobody is saying getting a vaccine is difficult. I mean maybe the democrats don't think minorities are capable but I haven't seen that commentary yet.

A good start would be that hospitals are required to leave a certain % of their ICU beds open for non-COVID emergencies, with exceptions made for COVID emergencies involving a vaccinated person.
Generally I'm all for the rights of the unvaccinated to kill themselves and each other, but steps need to be taken to prevent them from exhausting all of the resources from others.

Not a raise. Contractor rate is higher thats the market price as they save on benefits. Again both parties have to agree. Noone is saying 100% peep can do this.
Or entering the country illegally...
