A lot of savvy companies will try to get out ahead of it. Imagine the cost in manpower to suddenly have this looming over your productivity. Just the threat of it will lead to a lot of pressure to vaccinate.

That's not an opinion, it's supported by reality. It might be more or less effective on different people and virus variants, but vis a vis completely unvaccinated people in the grand scheme, there's no comparison.
In that context, and with very few exceptions, 'doing the right thing' can be summed up as being a responsible member of society.
I don't have a problem with people disagreeing either, up until that disagreement turns into a drag in the same society I live in, and starts to affect me directly. At that point giving a pass/ignoring it isn't an option anymore.
Just gotta hope we stand fast in the ranks. We've been intractable to this point. It's like in -Zulu-...now we must build our triple redoubt and make our stand.

Healthcare is a human right to many on the left but here you are trying to withhold Healthcare.
Who are we saving the hospital beds for? Only people that made optimal health based decisions and ended up needing to go?
And if the numbers say obese people with the vaccine take up more beds shall we kick them to the curb for making irresponsible health related decisions?

We'd be saving hospital beds for people who are not actively endangering others by refusing a free vaccine that could prevent them from making other people sick.
