these 2021 OHIO Department of health numbers are reported through July 27th, so the ratio of breakthough hospitalized/dead might be higher now.

And this is with the non vaxxed actually telling the hospital through the shame of not being vaccinated, that they are. Possibly thinking they will get better treatment.
