A number of people have also expressed concerns over potential side effects that may not have shown up in the small trail used for the EUA approval. Maginavir is a completely new approach to antivirals as opposed to Pfizermectin for which we already have a large number of similar antivirals for other viruses with long term safety data.

Long story short, if you're offered an antiviral choose Pfizermectin over Maginavir.
