wouldve been lower had the govt not flown back international/expats home...it was delta that cause the 2nd wave from some foreign , now omicron from another international ... even when state borders was close, states that had zero to 10 cases are now getting thousands with omicron...i dunno how much noney these tourists/foreigners bring back to the economy at the expense of the economy/population...
