No charge, I'm living rent free in your mind and your mentions.

Resentment is a of a drug.
No doubt you'll be promoted in his mind to night manager soon. He can look forward to exhibiting an onset of flowery, purple prose and at least 6 years of HS science (det 7th grade science is the , making baking soda and vinegar volcanoes and dissecting frogs) to fall back on for his board discussions while warning the world of impending doom.

No predictions here, I just describe the doom as it unfolds around us.

Keep ranting and raving about me, it makes you look really smart.

Maybe a scientist or doctor on the board can flesh this out.

Sounds like COVID s up T-cells, which then up the lining of blood vessels. The persistence of ed up T-cells after acute disease seems to suggest that the complement cascade that accompanies reinfection can you up all over again, is that right?

Severe COVID-19 is linked to both dysfunctional immune response and unrestrained immunopathology, and it remains unclear whether T cells contribute to disease pathology. Here, we combined single-cell transcriptomics and single-cell proteomics with mechanistic studies to assess pathogenic T cell functions and inducing signals. We identified highly activated, CD16+ T cells with increased cytotoxic functions in severe COVID-19. CD16 expression enabled immune complex-mediated, T cell receptor-independent degranulation and cytotoxicity not found in other diseases. CD16+ T cells from COVID-19 patients promoted microvascular endothelial cell injury and release of neutrophil and monocyte chemoattractants. CD16+ T cell clones persisted beyond acute disease maintaining their cytotoxic phenotype. Increased generation of C3a in severe COVID-19 induced activated CD16+ cytotoxic T cells. Proportions of activated CD16+ T cells and plasma levels of complement proteins upstream of C3a were associated with fatal outcome of COVID-19, supporting a pathological role of exacerbated cytotoxicity and complement activation in COVID-19.

Doc in a box locations closed in NYC due to lack of staff

CityMD is closing down 31 local urgent-care clinics due to staff shortages in the midst of a surge in the COVID Omicron variant, the health care company said Tuesday.

The shuttered clinics include 20 in the five boroughs for now, with more to come — the company said in a statement that more closures will be announced Wednesday.

Omicron has been around long enough to start compiling statistics and it looks like actual deaths from it are less likely than the flu.

Reading preliminary data as dispositive is always a danger, but that's in line with the other early assessments.

The immune evasiveness seems to be more concerning. The way Omicron is blowing up the caseload could cause a new peak in mortality even though the ifr is lower. It could also cause more hospitals to declare crisis standards and start rationing care. Everybody getting infected at once is bound to have some social costs.

Anecdotally, the current wave of infection seems to be triggering diabetic ketoacidosis, very concerning given the prevalence of diabetes in the US.

Also seems like the nasal swab tests aren't working on omicron so a lot of positive people are testing negative. Take the same test and do a throat swab and it comes back positive.

And we have a high vaccination rate.
the only way to flesh out where you're going with this is to compare infection to hospitalization numbers for all the variants, as well as the efficacy of the vaccines against these variants. one could get a snap-shot by juxtaposing the ratio of infection-to-hospitalization of this current surge with the previous surges of August and January 2021.

That's old news that is not spoken about by MSM anymore, even FOX won't touch it.

Joe tried to put a stop on the check but the Wells Fargo said it was too late, that it had already cleared and the funds dispersed out a holed branch via cash exclusively in '20s.

Just take solace that this isn't March of '20.
