Hoarding is hoarding. The ramifications be damned. The way you believe Trump is responsible for physicians hoarding meds is confusing, because physicians smart, Trump not smart.

No, that's not true at all, and I know you know better than that. When lives are at stake on one but not on the other, ramifications are extremely important. We're not arguing about hoarding as a generic, but hoarding actual medicines that save people lives.

There's nothing confusing about it, at the time he was pimping the drug there was simply no publicly available information that the drug worked to treat covid, not to the doctors nor to him. There still isn't.

Doctors hoarding them for themselves or family or requests from patients, whether due to panic or cya, is simply the fallout from ill advised recommendation, which could've certainly been avoided.

I don't think they're blameless either here, they share part of the responsibility for this.

Was it reckless? Sure, he's not well trained in leadership and has too many off the cuff side notes and doesn't accept tailored material well. It's refreshing some and detracting some, but doctors should know better.

You could say they feel people are going to hoard so they are getting theirs first, but isn't that the entire mentality of a group of panicky people?
