You can not sterilize a human body. Disinfect? Maybe, but that depends on how low of a CFU you can get without hurting the body or any of the good bacteria.

Physically went back into work today. Tons of people out not wearing masks. .
It won't be long until there are too many cases to ignore and we lock down again.
