you didnt know? cuomo sent recovering patients back to nursing homes
You're disingenuous to compare today with April.
Or an idiot. Your pick.

DarrenS is a dedicated COVID-19 minimizer. He believes in it, but he'll often try load the dice to make the present look as harmless as possible.
Sometimes the comparisons don't work: I don't see why anybody supposed to be comforted that the rate of death in NY in April equals that of the whole country right now.
Data is nonpartisan
Your choices in datasets certainly appear to be.
Have you noticed that the most vocal COVID skeptics are also the most vocal climate change skeptics? Regardless of popular opinion or consensus among people with decades of expertise in their field, they see nothing but "alarmism" that threatens their contentment.
These are also the same people who think ANTIFA is literally going to kill them someday.
Popular opinion and consensus is not science.
Worldometers?
Worldometers only displays NY in April?
on what day in april did worlometer show NY as having more deaths than we saw nationally today?
April 17, 1025 deaths in NY
Today 1119 deaths in U.S.
I said on par
It gets cherry picked for partisan politics all the time. You're a fine example of it
How many kids 5-17 have died from Covid in the US?
What’s the hospitalization rate for kids 5-17 with Covid?
wrong in addition to being a red herring
Why are we talking numbers again? Lives don't matter, remember? All that matters is narrative. If the deaths are in NY, no biggie. Cuomo dithered. If they are in a red state, holy we knew it. Get a rope.
we just set a new record for deaths in a day since june 2
I don't think they parse it that way.
I believe ~200 under 24 have died so far with kids mostly out of school. I guess we can double your dead kid total this coming flu season.
It's typically based on science. Not kneejerk, conveniently partisan skepticism.
We'll talk about this post in December
Oh look another whataboutnewyork.
Hey a new record. That changes everything. If we get one more tomorrow, is today's record really just , like Mark McGwire's HR record after Bonds smashed it a couple years later?
