It’ll be before then, but as BB said it’s not really a 2nd waive. The Midwest is 2-3 weeks away from getting faceraped, it hasn’t been hit very hard up until now so people there haven’t taken it seriously.

Election isn’t getting postponed as much as Trump will try to say it should be, but it’s going to make campaigning in the most important states a lot more difficult.

From what little I've read in the last ten minutes, there are several drugs used in Africa for malaria prevention. To my knowledge, peer reviewed studies have not shown any of them to be effective against SARS-CoV-2. CQ use has been decreasing in Africa since the year 2000 or so; there's a drug resistance issue there.
