Virginia doesnt really need harsher measures, at least at this time. they have among the least cases and deaths per capita of any state. i'm good with still keeping in limited measures and adjusting as needed.

Funny thing is astrazeneca is now going to test their vaccine in combination with the russian one. The russians outsmarted them by using a different viral vector for each dose so that antibodies to the viral vector wouldn't reduce the efficacy of the 2nd dose. Astrazeneca didn't even think of that problem until they screwed up and only gave a half dose to some people.
