.
I know that kids under 12 are very safe and can't be vaccinated (yet). Its unclear whether vaccine benefits in this cohort outweigh risks.
i dont know either, thats why they currently arent vaccinated kids under 12. i dont know what risks there are associated with masks, though.
We know for sure a mask wouldn't kill him.
Its a treatable disease, assuming you have a knowledgeable doctor.
You don't know more than doctors, Darrin.
Sorry.
Not even you could save the people who died.
Also you probably throw back enough Jim Beam to kill any contagions in your system anyways, yeah brutha!
MAGA diehards accuse Ron DeSantis of being bribed after Florida governor encouraged vaccinations
the difficulty Republicans will experience trying to pivot on vaccines after months of disinformation by right-wing media.
"It was all about bribery," Cortz alleged. "And that's what we're seeing right now."
Cortez said the loved the GOP governor and didn't want to speak poorly of him, but then proceeded to accuse him of being corrupt.
there has to be something here," he argued. "And I think it's more of a spiritual thing, everybody has a number."
"Everybody has a number and it doesn't matter who it is. Everybody has a number," he repeated.

GOP Senator Dismisses COVID Deaths Of 400 Children
Sen. Roger Marshall, a Republican of Kansas and an obstetrician, dismissed the deaths of 400 children who have died from COVID-19 during a Senate hearing Tuesday with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Roc e Walensky.
Sen. Marshall's remarks were based on his false claim that
"probably zero" of the 400 children who died of COVID (that number has not been confirmed) had no pre-existing condition.
"Children are not supposed to die," Dr. Walensky told Sen. Marshall, right before he delivered his remarks
dismissing their deaths, as if having a pre-existing condition makes it acceptable for a child to die of COVID-19.
In questioning the CDC chief, Sen. Marshall touted his credentials as a doctor,
before attempting to sow doubt on the need of children to be vaccinated against coronavirus.
"As a physician, we always want to be able to know and discuss the benefits and risk of anything that we're prescribing, including a vaccine," Marshall, a hydroxychloroquine-pusher
who has said he takes the malaria drug to fight against the coronavirus, told Walensky.
"It's estimated that 40, maybe 50 percent of children have already had the COVID virus. What are the additional benefits to the vaccine to a child who's already had the virus?"
the American Academy of Pediatrics reports that as of July 15
over four million children in the U.S. are believed to have been infected with the coronavirus.
One abstract posted by the National Ins utes of Health, a federal government agency, says
"Almost half of children who contract covid-19 may have lasting symptoms."
Sen. Marshall
voted to overturn the 2020 election,
voted against expanding the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act,
supports repealing ObamaCare, and
has said, "I'm not sure that there is even climate change."

Marshall, Kansas
the homicidal policies of Repugs. Politics and money valued more than human health and life.
A very controversial step is making health insurance tied to the responsibility of taking care of your own body.
Up those costs for the unvaccinated or just pull it and see how they afford to pay that medical bill.
Very slippery slope imo. But... They are basically fkn brainless drunk drivers who can continually hit other cars until their own car breaks down. This variant is very unkind. And its gonna hit business, the red governors are starting to understand this.
Study suggests COVID impairs cognition, even if you get a mild case.
But sure, let's send all the kids back to school during a COVID e, before vaccination, without masks, social distancing or good ventilation.
People who had recovered from COVID-19, including those no longer reporting symptoms, exhibited significant cognitive deficits versus controls when controlling for age, gender, education level, income, racial-ethnic group, pre-existing medical disorders, tiredness, depression and anxiety. The deficits were of substantial effect size for people who had been hospitalised (N = 192), but also for non-hospitalised cases who had biological confirmation of COVID-19 infection (N = 326). Analysing markers of premorbid intelligence did not support these differences being present prior to infection. Finer grained analysis of performance across sub-tests supported the hypothesis that COVID-19 has a multi-domain impact on human cognition.https://www.thelancet.com/journals/e...cesec le0001These results accord with reports of ‘Long Covid’ cognitive symptoms that persist into the early-chronic phase. They should act as a clarion call for further research with longitudinal and neuroimaging cohorts to plot recovery trajectories and identify the biological basis of cognitive deficits in SARS-COV-2 survivors.

far from conclusive, but grates against the right wing narrative

The pressure on young women/girls is immense.
The cruelty they face, especially in Middle school, is a real problem.
Low self esteem leads to becoming a bully or being bullied.
Self worth based on the ratings of hormone riddled kids growing up... is ridiculous. This is where parenting is so important. Loving kids for what they are and gaining a sense of empathy... family. A sense of self confidence in kids who are trying to determine how they fit in.... Mom and DAD and extended family play a huge role. And $ certainly helps. or hurts in some cases...
This is why I think the healthy behavior of understanding you will not be judged just by your looks is imperative for women, because there are a number of derps that just want a slave girl in a porno scene for a wife. And they cant get it, which leads to huge male frustration which then is turned on... females. Easy targets. They wont dare face a physically stronger male with their derision. Pure weak boys becoming weak men. Read this koriwhat. You want a definition, you got it. Its derp.
already done with smokers.
Did somebody say Kansas?
'Past the tipping point': Kansas City hospital officials sound the alarm about new Covid surge
"We are past the tipping point. We are in trouble."
"I think you are going to find the chief medical officers are going to call for a reins ution of the mask mandates and social distancing,
because we had that discussion this morning —
and we were all in favor of it because we're in trouble in the hospitals."
Missouri is a deeply Republican state with a low rate of COVID-19 vaccination.
The Mid-America Regional Council reported that the average of new hospitalizations in the Kansas City area went from 39 on June 8 to 94 on July 20.

in 1947 six million people in NYC were vaccinated for smallpox in less than a month.
odd that we're so helpless to do anything of the sort now.
"Bow to our secular lord the State and get inoculated or die facing the wall!"

An official with France's interior ministry said 161,000 people had demonstrated across the country on Saturday, up from 114,000 a week earlier.
