Agreed with the Sanders part...he won the popular vote and he’s likely going to be tied with Buttplug on national delegates received from the state, which for all intents and purposes is a victory especially given how bad Biden did. Hed be foolish to dwell on this rather than focus on mopping the floor in New Hampshire and having that become the story people talk about.
yeah. even if bernie gets all the changes he wants (and thats not considering other changes that could cost him some SDEs here and there).... all things considered they're likely going to tie in national delegates anyway. bernie can continue touting his popular vote win as the "tiebreaker"

tl;dr, sanders/buttigieg/warren campaigns have flagged certain precinct results as needing review, which iowa will do. however, no party is expected to formally request a full recanvassing. the 95 precincts make up a pretty small percentage of the state.
any updated results with corrections are going to be released by monday, 1pm EST, which is also the deadline for candidates to make a request for recanvassing
