I think for every young person he gets to vote for him, one or two old people afraid of the s-word won't.

Two ancient men yelling at clouds will make for great debates tho.
    Agreed

One thing I’ll give Bernie is he’s the most likely to trade jnsults with Trump on the debate stage. That should be entertaining.

Bernie's camp already says they get a fairer shake from Fox than MSNBC.
Russia, Trump, Fox News, and a lot of Republicans all favor Bernie as the Dem candidate. Hope it backfires on them.

If those two old people would have otherwise voted Democrat, that would be a problem. I'm not sure how many elderly Dem voters-for-whom-socialism-is-a-dealbreaker we have, though. The kids will need to follow through and vote. You can't meme Bernie Sanders into the presidency.

Personally I think it will. I remember the Dems thinking the same thing about Trump in 2016. NO way he was going to beat the Clinton machine.

Disagree on his debating skills. He has skill the way Trump does: heavy on the bombast. I don’t think he’s as substantively good as Warren. He resorts to being loud and waving his hands.

Hillary was supposedly this great debater and Trump pretty much wiped the floor with her. It’s gonna take a guy like Bernie who can get down and dirty with Trump and pretty much create sound bites for the networks to run with.

you think buttman, or Biden or Bloombarf would beat Trump????

    holy moly

did you miss what happened in 2016?
For some reason everyone seems to have a brain fart as to what happened in 2016. Bernie is a gift from the heavens for the Dems against this particular president. Maybe any other year when we didn’t have a President this unorthodox, but this time around Bernie imo is the only candidate that will stand any real chance against that clown. I had my doubts in 2016 and look where it got us. Not making the same mistake again. Biden seems to be taking the Clinton route and wants to ride the Obama thing again. It didn’t work for Hillary and I’m not sure why Biden’s people think it will work for him against a in bent who has his same group of hardcore followers
    In his corner.

Get right on that, Aaron. On a good night even Hannity only reaches like 1% of the population.

Whatever Bernie can’t pass thru Congress, he’ll use Executive Orders just like Trump. He’s no less on an authoritarian than Trump. They’re both two sides of the same coin.

That's what I thought. Got that exactly wrong.

If Sanders expands the electorate, he has a good chance. Trump doesn't have much downside wiggle room, he won in 2016 with fewer votes than Romney got in 2012.

He’s rightfully chastising MSNBC for their awful news coverage. When the news is brought to you by Raytheon in general electric, you get Talking Heads floating conspiracy theories about Russia gate. And then you get the rubes who repeat their bogus reporting without questioning anything.

It's the college graduates ( a notorious dem vote that they somewhat lost with hillary) with already good health care in the swing states, that the Dems need to worry about. Bernie is so far, giving them nothing but a tax hike.

there's been reports that REPUG suburban women have left Trump.

Bernie would get the youth, black (women), women, LGBT, and after NV, it looks like he getting the Hispanic vote. Trash is so bad, the mythical independents will probably vote anti-Trash

Trash/Repugs will always get the Macho Man / low-wage / low-ed rural male vote, even as Trash's govt has screwed their rural communities, esp health but Trash enriched so many of BigCorp / oligarchy, that they pour $100Ms in the Trash's lying/slandering/bull ting campaign

btw, FL Repugs have also sent out false "IRS" letters. Repugs keep doing it, it must work, counting on the low-info, ignorant, dumbed-down, gullible people, esp the older ones, to fall for it. Repugs have always been the party that counts on, depends on voter ignorance, racism, xenophobia, hate.

If 2018 were a guide, the anybody-but-Trash/Repug crowd will be huge.

Turnour for the Dem candidates will be the decider

A fact I’m well aware of, unfortunately. Would be nice if Comrade Bern offered me something beyond the opportunity to pay for my fellow Americans medical bills.

If his scheme passes, your medical bills would be paid for too, do you consider that nothing?
