As near as I can check all the coaching hires are pretty legit, now we need to hit the ground running and I think we have something. I still can only give sark a less than 50% chance of succeeding at Texas, however it's gone up with every coaching hire, as of now he's at 40% chance of success in my books.

To me, appears to excel more as a zone defender (reads the QB) than a man-cover boundary CB, but maybe that's just because of the highlights provided

We have a HC who is a fully grown mature man coaching young immature boys. With Herman, we had a boy trapped in a man's body trying to coach boys. Herman was trying to be cool and be one of the guys.....Sark is past that . Yes, he had his drinking issues, but still, adult issues, and he has worked very hard to correct his life for the last several years. Honestly, the only thing worthwhile with Herman was his gorgeous wife.
