yep. but it's still impressive for someone who was off the charts so to speak. New ratings will come out soon and Blackwell should vault up the list considerably, IMO
to be a bit more accurate though, it's really not a tell-tale when 'Bama and Georgia offer a prospect these days. Many of their "offers" are really not committable; more of a way of saying they're interested in you.
That said, the kid seems to have tremendous ability and a lot of folks (self included) are happy with the commitment

Patterson is willing to take on the talented nuts.
We will see if he can keep this one away from the Riverwalk and beyond.
OrangeBloods said Evans contacted Texas a few weeks ago to see if there was any interest, but the coaches didn't talk to him again.

This was a recent quote from one of Inside Texas' cigar sources on the 2020 season:
“...it’s no different than a small business. You either let them earn, or the government needs to give them relief. Del Conte wants to get them back to work like anyone else running a business......with the money being spent on construction and the economy and energy sector where it is, you have to play this season to save future seasons.”
So you’re saying that we have a chance with Bru to come back?!
