Think the coaches have found a gem with this one. It’ll be tough for him to see action sandwiched between guys like Card/JQJ and Ewers but he has the talent to push those guys to be even more compe ive than they already are. I like his film.
    That looks extraordinarily difficult.

I'm telling you, this Wright kid has an amazing arm, he doesn't have the quick release that Ewers has, (I haven't seen anyone that has a release like he has) but he is strong accurate and can move. If we didn't have Ewers I'd say he would be a guy we could build around. Honestly, we have such a full QB room I could see him being our Joe Burrow, a guy too talented to keep on the bench and he leaves to another school where he wins a Heisman. In short, this kid has got some talent.

    From IT:

    Way too early predicted finish:

    RB LJ Johnson

WR JoJo Earle or JJ Henry or BPA used elsewhere

OL Jack Leyrer/Player to be named later, they haven’t cast a wide enough net to make a good prediction

    DL Shemar Turner/Albert Regis

    LB Terrence Cooks

    DB Andrew Mukuba

    Best Player Available candidates:

DE Landon Jackson -- difficult to flip from LSU but not impossible due to relationships in place

DE David Abiara — I think they should stay in this one as long as possible while selling football and academics. 2022 doesn’t have as many options at D-end and Texas is way behind for Ernest Cooper.

CB A late emerging in-state talent or someone from out of state

OL maybe a couple of O-linemen I’m tired of discussing

    Flips

Overall, Texas should want to land Johnson, Mukuba, and Cooks as soon a possible while continuing to recruit the priorities on a longer timeline. Otherwise, keeping powder dry for what could be a wild flipping season is a good idea.

I’m surprised anyone is predicting Mukuba in this class. I’d be thrilled but seems like he would have already committed to Clemson had the visits not been shut down by covid.

IT mentioned that Clemson has slowed a little bit on his recruitment. May be why he’s still uncommitted.

Nahlin said a few weeks ago, “You get to find out who really wants you when you set a deadline for announcement,” or something like that. Hinted at this.

After Bijan, I really think Jake Smith is going to be a huge breakout player for us. Ta'Quon is going to show how dumb it was for us tp play him on the outside. However DeMarvion Overshown is going to be the defensive breakout player.

Tyler Johnson, our very sought 4 star, is doing what?

OL is not quite that bad yet, but is weakest part of team. And getting worse every day. Then Tom says if you have 6 or7 that can play it ok.

Oline usually takes longer to come together, give it time. We won't face a dline as good as ours unless it's in a bowl game.

I think we need Cosmi to stay healthy if they plan on playing Moore at LT
Sweat is huge. He destroyed the LG as well. At least the LG stayed in front of him though.

Sweat listed at 348 lbs. One site has him at 235... I think ill go with the 348
