2023 DE Anthony James of Wylie East is a name to know.
Georgia was the first to offer over the weekend.

That's really hard to believe, but maybe I'm just a battered fan at this point.
LSU bound IMO.
They look at what we got returning is my guess.
Senior QB; 4 year starter.
It looks good but its thin.
And the crushing win over Utah was every bit the beat down of Georgia but the scoreboard did not show it in the Georgia game.
Also they got Tennessee up there as well, that tells me we are in the right company.
Overrated.
We should be better because our kids on D will now be upper class men. They’ve gained weight and refined their technique hopefully. Plus our offense is mostly back.
The article says baylor dropped a lot because they lost a ton of starters. LSU isn’t #1 because they lost a ton of starters including the qb. The FPI is looking at returning players.
It’s not too hard to figure out when we are more likely to struggle. If we have a lot of underclassmen starting we’re in trouble. When we have a bunch of veterans we will be better.
I bet WR will be a issue next year. Too many kids. Maybe Moore comes back and we add upper class transfer. I bet our secondary will be pretty good. A lot of highly rated recruits that are juniors now. Our weaker 2020 recruit class hurts our depth. But hopefully fewer injuries so we dont need that level of depth.
The D actually played good enough to win other than Kansas. Last 5 games gave up less than 30. Tcu was about interceptions not d. Special teams screw ups hurt in ok st. Hi Jake Smith.
If our our offense scored at least 30 per game (which it should every year) then we would have won 10 games again and maybe been in conf champ game.
24/7 is updating their Top247 today.
Most noticeable:
- Ja'Tavion Sanders up to #14 overall (up from #40)
- Billy Bowman up to #37 overall (up from #146)
- Jalen Milroe down to #96 overall (down from #68)
Other movers with Texas offers:
- RB TreVeyon Henderson (Hopewell, Va.) up to #11 overall (up 216 spots)
- LB Smael Mondon (Dallas, Ga.) up to #18 overall ( 39 spots)
- CB Nyland Green (Covington, Ga.) up to #27 overall (up 193 spots)
- RB LJ Johnson (Cy-Fair) up to #30 overall (up 76 spots)
Here's the full list (I'm not sure it's completely updated yet, these lists have a tendency to be sketchy while being updated)

A lesser Herman squad (considering so many holdovers from Strong) ended up #9, I think, after Georgia.
I could see 7th.
I felt like prior to '19, looking at the roster and experience, that '20 would look a fair amount more promising. We've had to change a lot of coaches, so that can modify predictions, but in our case hopefully all the better for how it turns out.
great; so now the ratings services will be fearful of moving a kid down without having tremendous substantiation for their move. And even then, you might get the kid upset.
Recruiting lists are just eduicated guesses. Still I like to look at them.
But when a player moves up or down 20 to 200 spaces one wondershow they were to begin with. E ally when no games are played.
Apparently the seats are empty at the game tonight. Adios, Shaka.
I really thought by now he would have gotten things going for Texas basketball but it's hard to defend his performance given how much time he has had.
