Aledo players are overrated. They have so many good players and they are so well coached that their good players look all world. There are a few schools that fall into this category.
Newsome basically blacking out on stage, like Ferrell in "Old School", and picking UCLA is still one of my favorites.

If anyone that works in the building is reading this, I can certainly help you guys out. You’re making this much harder than it needs to be.
I have no doubt Texas will get good productive Wrs in this class. All I am concerned about is Texas getting the defensive talent it needs and the offensive line talent. I'm very happy with the progress they are making on both fronts. We have amazing players already committed and we sit in good place with many guys at the top of our wish list.
I still keep wondering what might have happened if Texas had brought Samples back. He is fast becoming a huge mistake we will be regretting in the future. I guarantee he is going to be getting a fat raise and a big time job after this year, probably a school like USC or Clemson will scoop him up.

I think the draft gives a good indication of where we are.
Why can’t we get the #1 prospect at some, Any position.
Why can’t we pull in the #2 and #4 safeties in the nation unafraid to complete.

Both Brock’s better end up on this team.
