Why are you comparing car crashes to a pandemic? Are you insinuating that there isn't public policy with regards to safe driving, age restrictions on who can drive, driving tests for those who might be a danger to everyone else on the road, limits on speed, car safety requirements, etc? Have you ever heard of MADD? And I've been to plenty of funerals where a car accident happened that was completely preventable. Plenty of people cried.

Corona has a huge spread rate, far more than the flu. It kills approximately 9% of those 80+ and 5% of those 70+. The problem is that there are something like 28 million people in that age range living in the US and even if it’s just 5% death rate that’s still 1.5 million people dying in a rather short time span.

Sooner or latter the economy has to be opened up its nice if you have money but for most people working pay check to paycheck they will need work ASAP. I think we can handle one or two months but after that it’s going to get dicey you will definitely see a rise in break ins, car jacks, looting.
I am really worried about Brazil and Mexico they not taking it seriously at all I think this could be a tidal wave that’s going to hit then in about a month or two.
