You got one thing wrong.
From the active cases, 0,4% are serious, i doubt that number (wordwide is around 7 to 10% range, changed day to day). They do not count into the resolved cases which you have citied.
The Closed cases of 116 include Mild and Serious cases; of them 56 (48%) recoverd 60 Dead (52%) -> of course there are many infected that have not been tested and recovered, also dead who have not been counted towards the virus, so the stats are flawed towards beeing more gloom. All in All the number of 52% will go down, but important to note is, that a good portion of the infected will die. Wordwide we are at 7% deathrate. (it is only the confirmed cases, the number is likely a little less)
What i mean by that, if it is a serious case, the likely to die is extremly high at the moment for the US.
You have no proof of this. If they have a preexisting condition they have approx less than 15 percent mortality rate based on age and condition. Again just like flu or pneumonia.
It's the vulnerable people we want to keep from getting the disease as long as possible. Why don't you understand anything?

I haven't. The have put to the forefront the issue. The focus is on testing when it should be on hygiene and prevention not shutdown. I have put to the forefront exactly what the cdc says is the issue. Healthy low risk people getting tested and taking resources from the people that need it. I have also put to the forefront that this is the same issue as the flu, which it is. The most fragile will be impacted at a higher level.
