My state NC has seen a rapid e in cases. They are now considering possibly shutting down again if this continues.

. I can picture Beverly and Montrez heckling Lebron.
And most likely getting the best of him.

It would be funny if they did that during the playoffs. You see a team like the Clippers come in and watch the Lakers play some playoff opponent. I can picture Beverly and Montrez heckling Lebron.
    Haha that would be great

It would definitely make it more fun to watch, seeing what another team does while in the stands.

I can't knock these guys for not wanting to play because if I was in their situation I would not go down to Orlando. Personally I just wanted them to cancel the season.

A bunch of rich es. A lot of people wish they had a job to go to. Besides these are world class athletes that... if anyone can... would feel minimal impact even if they get sick.

Regarding the racial tensions... that's about the only one I can kind of see their point. I always said that if NFL or all pro athletes really wanted to stick it to the man they would forego their salaries and sit it out. This might be something like that.

I hope it resumes though.. I just want to be entertained.

so it's safe to assume that it's mostly the banana-boat boys that are wanting to resume the season right? i mean lebron and his cronies.
i'm guessing the majority of players without a realistic path to contention in the playoffs are not wanting to even with all that Orlando bubble nonsense

I guess I'm a traditionalist and couldn't imagine an NBA season not starting in October and ending in June.

I agreed with this up until this week when all this talk of players sitting out started to arise. Turns out, if the NBA and their broadcasters don't get what they want, they will likely tear up the CBA and a lockout next season will be all but guaranteed.

I'm actually fine with even next season being cancelled.

The season should be cancelled. It's stupid and pointless to start again at this point.
