When the players Pampers need changing, has it been worked out who will be assigned to change them and the protocol?
(Pop with Depends)
It's his ass-to-risk.
So the higher ranked teams get the nicer rooms?
Certainly looks that way. It's sooo....high-school of them.
I’ve been watching the NBA since 1975. I’m a true fan and I don’t care about this season.
This season, and possibly next, could severely damage the league. Who needs to have a season?
It’s more a game of COVID roulette than basketball.
Agreed I feel the same way. Obviously money is fueling the NBA and these other leagues to still play there season but as long as Covid is around they are all compromised. Honestly I don't believe we can have a legit season until the fall of 2021.
What about the hos?
In NBA's ORL campus:
- Hotel amenities: players-only lounge (NBA 2K, TVs, gaming), pool/trails, barbers, manicurists, pedicurists
LOL Spurs got stuck in the ty hotel
You've been?
It's like the English soccer leagues -- if you play well, you get to move up (in this case to a better hotel).
Nah, read about it though.
They gave teams with the better record better accommodations...this was their way of compromising for "home-court advantage" which they won't really be getting in games. That's why the Spurs are stuck there with teams like the Suns, Wizards, and Pelicans.
Grand Destino is rated as a high-end resort.
Grand Floridian is a 5-star hotel.
Yacht Club is a 4-star hotel.
I'm sure it's not like a Motel 6 or anything, but it's definitely the worst of the three.
Poor babies. Do they at least get attendants to change their Pampers?
You have to pay extra for that. Tipping is also appreciated.
Spurs belong in the worst hotel imo. Probably shouldn’t even be there.
Forbes needs to sleep on a bench outside the hotel with a Covid blanket if we're going to talk about who deserves what
If Zion's team was #8 the Spurs wouldn't be going. They would have ended it as is.
Meh, the Grand Floridian is overrated imo. It's very nice, yes. But it's gotten pricier and pricier every year and isn't anything special compared to some of the other places. I haven't seen the rooms at the Yacht Club but that whole area with Yacht and Beach Club/Boardwalk/Swan & Dolphin is super nice. The difference in how nice they are is all super marginal. I don't know much of anything about the Grand Destino from what I understand it's pretty much brand new, but all 3 places are probably very nice.
Trevor Ariza will not participate in the resumption of the NBA season in Orlando with the Portland Trail Blazers.
Instead, Ariza will use a one-month visitation period granted by the mother of his son to spend time with the 12-year-old as the parents work through a custody case. With Rodney Hood also done with an achilles injury, Mario Hezonja will really have to step up and is probably going to be a value play in DFS, at least initially. And the loss of Ariza's versatility and defense is a big blow to the Blazers.
