Back logging data- You have to stay in your house until there are 0 new cases reported, and for 5 following days I give you these case new case counts
3, 7, 9, 1, 9 could you come out of your house?
What if I told you those were all cases that were given to me 7 weeks ago, I just hadn't put them in until those dates?
What does that do to the data? Is it valid? Is it reliable?
What does it do to trend data? Should those numbers be used for policy of keeping me in my home of no dates are given with the case
