with the 1.9T plan at 70% public approval, Dems wonder why Repugs don't see their own political advantage in approving 1.9T?
my guess: the Dems will own the plan, get lots of political capital,
and the Repugs don't want Dems to receive any advantage from anything.
Same with ACA, bull ting for 1 year, 100 Repug amendments crippling ACA, and still not one Repug voted for it, and
then all Repugs and RWHM started ting on it for the next 15 years as a Dem catastrophe.
