There's another way the comparison to 9/11 is warranted. Both underscore Trump's narcissistic indifference to the lives of others.

Several western states are on fire and hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced.
Has Trump acknowledged their plight or offered any help? Is he not aware lots of Republicans live there too, or does he just not care?
