It still will be priority #1007 with Grim Reaper McConnell though. What a hole country we are.
McConnel will make it his priority to make the economy as ty as he can. I hate to be cynical, but that seems to be what he is signaling. It worked for them before.

Could be worse if Slovenia had our resources?
those resources would have to go along with a historically bad president.

We are set up to tackle these types of problems supposedly.
But we voted an idiot into THE office.
An office that some on here still claim does not matter as BIG everything makes it impossible for a mere president to do anything. Well now we know this office can royally fup anything in the worst way all on its own as well as convincing other witchcraft s to go along with snake oil theories.

Now I realize why those tabloids were in place while people waited in grocery store lines. People are fascinated with re ed theories that just a few have the capability of understanding. And they think they’re special. They are especially capable of finding the most bizarre sites on the Internet and believing pure bull
Dude, we had 60 dead yesterday on 2mio population, that is like 10k dead in a day for USA. Our PM is still holding on for Trump winning the election. Trust me, you're nowhere near the bottom of incompetence.

COVID-19 will probably end up being the 3rd leading cause of death in the US this year.

276,402 per John Hopkins. (CNN appears to be using them for their count)
    https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/

The likely figure is quite a bit higher, based on the overall number of excess deaths this year. We won't know until really March what the real effects were.

The CDC death toll estimate for the beginning of February is slightly higher than the IHME projection.

Also, Redfield says it's time for flu mask truthers to get over it.

The same guy that said aids was God's punishment for sexuals? Ok believe him....lolokolol

SoCal lost over 7% of its ICU capacity in one day. At that rate it'll be over capacity in 2-3 days.

My point is with our resources and abilities WE should not be NEAR the bottom. WE have the abilities so it makes it extraordinarily shameful.

We actually call ourselves The UNITED States. That’s our name and it’s a joke. Look at the efforts in WWII when we got UNITED in a cause. By the end of that war we were turning out material and moving it around in an unprecedented fashion. People behaved in a united sacrifice. This virus can/could have been controlled here.

at least two states singled out for withholding information:

The White House has said it does not share the reports publicly because it wants states to lead the pandemic response. The Center for Public Integrity is collecting and publishing the do ents. Last week it exclusively obtained the 50-state version of the Nov. 22 reports, revealing that the White House was taking tough stances with many states that refuse to share their reports, including Indiana and South Dakota.

Looks like North Dakota is the first state to see 10% of its population test positive for COVID, with South Dakota not too far behind.

If these states got slammed back in April when doctors had no idea how to treat patients for this their deaths/capita would be putting New York to shame.

Who cares? Testing doesn't necessarily equate to hospitalizations.
