first when people claimed the numbers were inflated, they were pointed to the excess death figures, which more or less perfectly fit the reported death figures from covid. then the speculation was that the excess death numbers were manipulated or made to TO fit the covid numbers. the real test was going to be comparing total deaths in 2019 to 2020.

well, CDC has just over 3.31 million deaths from all causes in 2020 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/COVID19/index.htm), whereas 2.85 million people died in 2019 (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/da...d%200.1%20year.)

difference of 460,000
