    By the way

The Suns shot 64 FT in game 7

I guess the NBA wanted that Barkley vs MJ Finals

I am relieved to know you know this one.

Game 5's is where the series is won.

The non-Barkley POV of this game is in low quality

3 point shots were demoralizing. As an early 3-and-D Euro I have the stroke.

I can watch just about any game, no matter how heartbreaking the loss...except for one, which still sickens me to this day. Guess which one it is?

I'll guess it's either the Magic throwing the ball away to Gerald Henderson game or the 39 point loss to close out the 2008 Finals.

The 2008 finals game where the Lakers pissed away a 23 point pead?

I said "You know, I haven't looked at ESPN in a long time" so I went to the NBA page and thought "I bet they are talking about Jordan, their savior.." and sure enough, there he was. All this time, it's Jordan. Where are all these other players? Oh that's right, they are mostly boring as and overrated.

yup, Game 4 of 2008 Finals, and it was 24 points I think.

I was too young to remember Game 7 in 1984, and Game 6 2008 didn’t sting one bit cause I didn’t watch it (or the cheap W in Game 5 before, either). That series ended with the Game 4 collapse.

I thought they gave Radmanovich (spelling?) entirely too much playing time in that series. A gimpy Ariza was the better option.

All in all, that 08 C's team was a real MF'er. Underrated cause they only won it once. But I would put that 08 C's team up against almost anyone less maybe the 96-98 Bulls.

Bynum not being there also decimated our front court like nothing I’ve ever seen. ing Leon Powe beat us by himself in Game 2 and even PJ Brown had important contributions. Just Bynum’s presence in that series would’ve been good enough for one win imo. I agree that C’s team was great but none of those guys had any championship experience, just playoff failure (especially KG), so they weren’t how we view them now in hindsight, at least at that point in time. What made that loss especially frustrating was how AWFUL the Celtics were on the road in those playoffs...they were straight dog away from home, yet they managed to win that game. Makes me nauseous to this day...it’s up there with Scott Norwood and the late/phantom PI call against the U in the NCG for most painful sports memories

Game 6 vs. the Kings because it was too over done and exposed the Lakers even to casual fans?

NBA had to fight extra hard that year to get Old Man Jordan a ring.

Only legitimate challenge was Indy. And the game 7 was in Chicago. They got home cooking the same way the Spurs got home cooking vs Detroit in 2005...or the Lakers in 2010.

    Yuo

Jordan was starting to het really slow and his scoring was inflated by BS free throws .

He needed help even aganst the .... NJ Nets
Kittles and Gill didn’t even touch him and they were called for phantom fouls
