    S bag was never nor will he ever be, the best player in the league, no matter how many tainted rings he tacks on.

    The best player in the league has to have a certain level of play making ability that enhances his teammates, as well as a certain presence to where they respond to them.

    James was still clearly the best player (and might still be) and no one was beating the Warriors. Year one with Durant, back when they had little to no internal strife or fatigue, nor injuries.
