Same tbh, I certainly didn’t think his inep ude and laziness would crater the country so quickly. I expected more of a GWB type (just with more rhetoric and an abhorrent personality) who’d be able to win re-election with an economic bubble through tax cuts for the rich and deregulation that doesnt pop until his 2nd term. His inability to manage a crisis is worse than I would have ever thought.
