i don’t see how this Harris County lawsuit has a chance. The docket has been getting stuffed with intervenor motions and Amicus Briefs that articulate the law way better than the GOP Plaintiff brief does. The Lincoln Project even filed a you Amicus Brief that had no real legal arguments but just pointed out to the judge that he’d be voiding a lot of Republican votes too if he grants their motion.
