Not happening. Just no.
Put your energy into Michigan/Wisconsin/Florida/Ohio/etc. Stop wasting your energy on Texas.

Cuckold fantasies.
Texas was Blue before. IJS
Not even Florida or Ohio imo, in any scenario where Biden wins either state he handily wins the presidency and neither state has a senate race in 2020. Focus on not losing house seats in Florida, Texas and Ohio but you’ll get more bang for your buck trying to flip senate seats in smaller states like Montana and Iowa.
It was blue back in the Dixiecrat era the same way Mississippi and Alabama were. Means nothing today.
There still needs to be a huge shift in demographics to cancel out the huge rural white vote in Texas that’s 70+% Republican. It’s not like the other Southwestern states that have an insignificant rural GOP voter base (ie Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada).
It’s not happening. Every 4 years we’re Charlie Brown kicking the football. Texas isn’t going blue. It’s not going purple. It’s staying red. It can get somewhat less red. We’ll revisit Texas in 15 years if there’s even an America.
^Yup after 10-15 years of more boomer/silent generation voters dying off and gen z Hispanic voters turning 18, it might be a different story. For now it’s a red state with a large population that’ll cost too much in money/other campaign resources to flip purple/blue.
Yeah when the Democrats were the party of Dixie. Now that the GOP is Dixie's party they have the state on lockdown.
Not to mention if Biden is even compe ive in Texas the election is over and Biden has almost certainly landslided Trump in the electoral college.
Even Beto with massive enthusiasm from the left here still lost by two points in an election without Trump on the ballot. There is no one like him in this election for Texas, I didn't even bother picking anyone but Bernie on my primary ballot back in February.
Brother, I think your wife slipped you the blue pill
Beto with massive enthusiasm going up against one of the most reviled people in the Senate, a guy most Texas Republicans don’t even respect, and he still lost.
He should tab Beto as his VP tbh. Beto got cheated by Cruz. Texans love Beto.
Beto was cheatedPERIOD.
IDK, most Republicans I know love Cruz. Cornyn's the one they don't like.
He wasn’t cheated. It was a perfect storm of a charismatic young Democrat gaining massive support, going up against a weasely establishment Republican that absolutely nobody likes.......and Texas still voted for the Republican. Because Texas is red.
Spend your resources on a different state.
