Good, he was remanded right into the slammer. If he was allowed to go home to take care of his personal stuff he would have kill himself before serving time.

Love the look of fear on that murdering piece of 's face.
Unfortunately he’ll be getting isolated in prison, instead of being ass raped daily like he deserves.

Should have taken a plea deal. Almost insulting that he thought he would be found not guilty.

He was going to take a deal but was denied by DOJ because that fat bill Barr thought it was too little.

Are people who are found guilty of murder ever allowed to go home to take care of personal stuff? I don't know how it all works.

I got it from one of the court tv people. Sometimes that can happen apparently but usually not for murder charges. When the charges are for non violent crimes a judge may tell them they will be remanded at sentencing date.

    Really? Is that true?

Max 8 years in prison on 2nd degree murder because it was deemed unintentional and I believe 1/3rd of the sentence will be parole, so 4 years of parole. That's according to the sentencing guidelines. I assume there is some flexibility for less time, but doubt he gets it.

It's a great day for America that we've finally reached the point where an officer of the law can be recorded on video doing a murder and actually be punished for murder.
