This is an incredibly stupid tweet. At only one of those demonstrations do the 'protestors' get in cop's faces and shout "pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon". At only one of those demonstrations do they set cop cars on fire. At only one of those demonstrations does the mob demand you get down on your knee and bow to the BLM god.
BLM does not fall under Peaceful assembly as they are not peaceful.

There was no calm, steady hand (like MLK) organizing BLM so the extremists in the group got out of control. If you lost a business to this violence and the insurance did not fully cover the damages, which was the case in Minneapolis, you probably don't care about biased surveys and study results.

IIRC, the ACLED definition of "violence-free" means there were no verifiable complaints to police and no media reports of violence.
in 94% of racial justice protests last year, were zero reports of violence.
