Hey maybe someone can help me out, havent been able to find an answer online

So i installed windows on a new ssd and proceeded to install drivers, apps, etc., everything was going fine

until I tried to download a torrent, i noticed i was getting 0 seeds, peers, and just stuck at 0%

So i checked the firewall and antivirus settings, the exceptions were there..
then the router, and I notice that on the status screen it says i have no WAN connection though all other internet use is fine
I then try checking my ports with canyouseeme.org and i cant find any open ports
So i try to open ports with the port forwarding functions of the router, try to set a static IP, to leave the DHCP with a manual exception, nothing seems to work.
I updated the router firmware and found a thread about changing a setting, now the WAN appears connected but i still cant open ports or get torrents to download.

    Any ideas?

Have you tried rebooting the equipment?

If you have any other computer on the network, see if you can hit open ports there. That would rule out the router.

Did you ask your ISP to try a reboot on their end?
